Simply add players that sign-up after deadline or walk up at event and register here.
from see rrosters... copy the college coach protal page and all the coding especually on the drop down filter buttons and create a duplicate page that filters the organization name, age level, team name, then players associated on the team. Select the player and see all their reports in a row/table like format, but use a repeater so you can add a button in there on each report to see the fill report just like the former player report pages.
Other option is to add only three filter and then players all pop up like I had the origina;l college coach portal with the tabs as filters and they all pop up in repeater like format and then you can select the player from there to either scout, or see their reports.
